Attending to the emotional and physical needs of the dying has always been an important part of the human experience, with many rituals and practices surrounding it.

 

An End-of-Life/Death Doula is a non-medical professional who has extensive training in supporting people emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As each individual and family is unique, the Doula makes sure to tailor their services to meet the needs of the dying person and their loved ones.

 

Tara is a trained End-of-Life Doula who firmly believes in empowering individuals to embrace the precious transition at the end of life. The Eleventh Hour services include: Advocacy, Caregiver Respite/Companionship, and Sitting Vigil.
